It pains only on sides of the head. Feels like it is there every time when I am awake. Not so much when talking to someone but otherwise it is present always

What it total duration of illness, Do you have any other associated symptom with the headache

any way for time being you can have simply paracetamol (Dolo) 650 mg to get rid of headache as per need basis
