I have been having a severe headache for a whole year which is accompanied by irritation at first on both sides of the head then currently in the right side which affect the shoulder. A scan was done but nothing was found. Blurred vision,body weakness, dizziness are other symptoms, please help me to know the cause, name of the condition and immediate treatment
