Having a constant headache for 2 days which is lift sided from temple behind the eyes running down till the back off my ears and even spreading to my neck - I have pain turning my neck and been vomiting after meal and even if I drink water and I have body pains with sweating and dizziness. Feeling weak and need to know what's happening to me.
