Constant headache

Back of the head keeps on paining. Doctor suggested to have MRI. No obvious fresh infarct, hemorrhage or space occupying lesion. Few chronic ischemic lesions are seen in bifrontal subcortical white matter. The posterior fossa shows normal cerebellum. The fourth ventricle shows normal size, shape and position. Both the CP angles are clear. Orbits

Headaches have many causes from something very minor like stress or migraine to something serious like brain tumor and bleeding.

If pain persists in spite of medicine, consult a Neuro specialist
