I hve been running nose, fatigue, tiredness and also blocked nose i felt so tired after taking the medicine

You seem to be suffering from common cold which is known as acute rhinitis. Usually anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops are given. Anti cold medicines can cause sedation and sleepiness. Usually this condition will recover in few days. You need to take rest for few days
