I always have severe cold in all the seasons. My headache increases drastically when am in AC. Being an IT employee am unable to concentrate on work. For few days now I feel itching senses in my lower leg.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now for headache you can take a tab. Paracetamol and for running nose tab. Allercet . Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
