Suffering migran from childhood.. know feeling terrible pain.. dont know what happened yesterday.. i think i am died

Kindly consult a specialist i.e psychiatrist or a neurologist in person for detailed evaluation and treatment. Don't take over the counter pain killers. Don't skip meals and take care of neck posture.
