2 months ago I was playing with my street dog By fault his teeth rubbed to my hand ,there is certain removal of skin occur but surprisingly no blood comes through that part Can it be serious

Playing with street dogs is not good unless you are taking care of it as a pet that is vaccination is bring given by vet and is given bath regularly . I hope after scratch you have washed the area with soap and water. In my opinion you must consult a physician about treatment and possible vaccination as precaution.
