Constant dull aching pain

Sir/madam, I feel constant dull aching pain in left side of back from 20days. Sometimes it feel in front side at same point. Feel dull pain when I sleep on left side . No other symptoms . Consulted with local physician they given tab aciloc and diclofenac but no results.

Get Ultrasound KUB done and avoid these pain killers. Review with Nephrologist as soon as possible.
