A couple little warts popped up around anus It itches only a little if something touches it . It's sore a little in that spot & I have a good amount of greenish milky discharge. I've been positive for chlamydia one and got cured and after I've been having protected sex ever since. What is this ? Highly scared. Is any cream I can use ? I thought i
