I have been coughing occasionally at night and sometimes after laughing I would also cough a lot. This has been going on for quite a while now and I sometimes also feel tightness in my chest and make wheezing sounds when I breathe in and out. I also tend to have difficulty in breathing when I'm surrounded with smoke.

Hello As your complaints mentioned.if its more than 2 to 3 months  ..then You may suffering from chronic bronchitis or Asthma . U should consult dr.(internal medicine) or chest physician .
