Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. If there is high  fever please visit pediatrician. If not presently you may offer her plenty of fluids lukewarm to sooth throat. And lukewarm water gargles if she can do. You may use over counter medicine like Hunitus 3-4 times in a day.
