My cousin aged 28 yrs female is having cough since a month with white phlegm.she even underwent nebulization. It reduced for some days but since 2 days she s again facing d dry cough .please help her

Hello! Your problem could be chronic sinusitis with or without allergic rhinitis leading to a post nasal drip and throat irritation and dry cough. She will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and /or a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to evaluate for it. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
