Most of the times it is a consequence of irregular lifestyle. Initially try the following things..
1. Have less spicy, less peppery, less greasy easily digestible foods, preferably homemade . it's not about having soups, gravy or dry but the spices you add, the peppers( specially red pepper)
2. Have regular meals at intervals of more or less 4 hours, may not be a plate of rice or some heavy meals, but sufficient enough for your enzymes to act, not too full not next to empty
3.avoid staying up late at night.
4. Have adequate water, your body should guide you, just listen to it, carry water bottles instead of going without water.
5.Try avoiding unnecessary stress.
6. Physical activities, excercise , even slight modification like taking the stairs instead of lift may go a long way
