Firstly I am sorry to hear about your loss. Losing a loved one can be very very difficult to handle. You seem to have dedicated a lot of time for your father and I can understand your burn out.
It appears that it has now taken a toll on your sleep schedule.
May I please suggest that you speak to someone you trust or a psychological counselor. You are someone who is also thankful for the gifts of life. It is unfortunate what you are going through now.
Therapy is also available on video these days. May be you should try that just as a self evaluation process with a therapist and then proceed with other options of life style changes.
