Conjunctivitis regarding

Kindly tell that what are the drops for eyes to be used for conjunctivitis. Please do tell the drops for bacterial and viral conjunctivitis as it is prevalent now in most places.

Yes the conjunctivitis spreading now a days is viral or bacterial or mixed ie viral +bacterial.
The doctor is the best judge to diagnose it .
For your information bacterial infection needs Plain antibiotics eye drops and ointment and steroids should be avoided, as it may flare up the infection
So in bacterial or mixed, one must avoid to start steroids early.
Though it seems simple but its not that.
So please consult your nearest eye doctor
