Hello You may need to try A.  Cold compresses B.  Use soft steroid like fluorometholone eyedrop C.  Use lubricating eyedrop frequently along with antibiotic eyedrop Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
