I have a conjectivitis (eye infection) in my left eye and having swelling and pain. Than what is the best Treatment and what I can refer as an anti bacterial for this problem.

Hello Try A.cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating eyedrop frequently C.  Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
