He is suffering from advanced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute congestive heart failure.. His wheezing cough is increasing day by day.. He can't sleep for a moment... He is taking combimist l respules in nebulizer form.. His lvef percentage is 10%..plz suggest some medication for controlling his wheezing cough
