Confusion in Relationship

I have a boyfriend who I love, we are great with each other, however, recently I have started feeling that I can get a better guy. But we are so good together I don't know what to do. Leaving him after 10 long months seems difficult. Don't know if I should stick by or move on. Also he won't let me leave him and I don't want to hurt him or lose him as a friend. Don't know what to do or whom to ask. Please help.
