Confusion causing depressing, can't able to do small calculations. Finding difficulty to identify currency. Being misrouted to reach destination.

It could be a memory difficulty which generally aggravates with age. You need an entire neuropsychological investigation to be diagnosed. Kindly see a psychologist .
