There is some unusual growth in mouth which doesn't pain. Some times its red in color but some time its skin color. What are the chances of cancer

Any growth which is there for months or years and is static in size and consistency, is less likely to be cancerous. However, it s better to get physically examined once. If u have got some investigations done, pl share to have further opinion.
