Dr.C.r.v. Narasimhalu -sir actually after my pregnancy m suffering frm pigmentation on my nose.Dr. reccomended me MELALONG cream.aftér ussing dis m noticing dat m getting a white patch mark on dat area.wat can i do.can i use dat on my full face or only affected area.plz suggest

I would suggest that discontinue it's use for some time since is causing hypo pigmentation.  Also such strong anti melasma creams must be applied sparingly and over the pigmented areas only.  Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal , Bengaluru.
