Confirmed my pregnancy thru hcg test

Hi, I'm bit concerned, Though my pregnancy has been confirmed thru hcg test yesterday... I feel discomfort and bit of pain down.. And hence I'm scared. Please suggest is this normal? I already have a kid..  And this is my second Pregnancy

If there is pain then urgent ultrasound is needed to rule out ectopic pregnancy
