Pls check the X-RAY one doctor suggested for surgery another doctor just paste a plaster and ask me to rest as per his view ligament is not damaged pls suggest does it required surgery almost 1 month gone now I am bearing 30 % weight no pain while walking but there is some flexion while walking Pls suggest can I use ice packs for 20 min 2 3 times daily or should I. Stop

Do non weight bearing knee bending exercises. Use a pair of crutches for mobility.
