Hi, last night, during sex condom tore, I immediately pulled out. Is taking an emergency contraceptive pill the only option? My wife is concerned regarding its side effect. The last emergency pill she had taken was 7 months before, blood flow was very less during that time. Which emergency pill has the least side effect?

Take i-pill... it works best when taken within 24 hrs but can be taken upto 72 hrs.. no other option.... spotting n irregular cycles r common side effects.
