Hello Dr planning for second pregnancy which was normla now after 3 yrs my amh is 1.6 so did follicular monetring and on day 11 got HCG 5000 injection as follicular size was 20 mm nad endo 7.5 now it's 4 day after injection but m feeling down since last two days body pain nausea no earg for food feeling bloated r this all symptoms due to injection and by when can I do upt
