Concern regarding infection

Today while cleaning my nose of phlegm ( I had a runny nose) and while washing it, there was some water that splashed on my nose. Just then as I breathed in I felt my nose being wet from inside. I am very scared as if some drops of the tap water might have gone up my nose can I get infected with N Fowleri? I don't know why I had come across this article about the brain eating amoeba on the internet and it said once you get disease, very few survive. We use underground water from jet pump in our plastic water tanks that are rarely cleaned since on terrace. These are warm months too. Out of fear I take Azithromycin when such incidents occur, but Azithromycin I read can have serious side effects. Does it help in prevention? I live in Gorakhpur city of UP in city area, Psychiatric consultation won't help me as I want to know how can this best be avoided or can normal washing face, bathing and one or two drops of water splashing on nose can cause this?
