Hi Dr! Hope this text finds you in the pink line of health!!! I have a acne prone oily skin. I was browsing through articles and read that even topical Clindamycin might cause abdominal problems. I being already operated with Right hemicolectomy, am little worried. I wanted to add Niacinamide in AM routine but most of the creams have Clindamycin in it and rest are from brands like Minimalist etc, which i don't trust. Please help!!! Can I use D'Acne Plus Gel (Nicotinamide, Allantoin and Clindamycin) in morning routine, before SPF? If yes, for how long? my daily routine consists of- AM- 1. New Moiz Cleanser (before I was using Azelia face wash but it was very drying) 2. Sunscreen SPF 30+ with PA+++ PM- Alternate days 1. Same cleanser 2. Brilante Intense Whitening Serum followed by Adapalene 0.1% at bedtime / Moduseb Anti Acne Gel followed by Moduseb Moist oil free moisturiser. Weekly- FCL PBA Mask When Acne breakout- BPO + Clindamycin 2.5%
