I got my 2d echo and it shows concentric LVH, otherwise everything is normal. No BP Diabetic since 10+ years. (Under medication gemer 1 as of now) Recent ECG report shows Left Anterior Fascicular(hemi) Block. My resting HR sometimes is 55bpm during sleep. But mostly it is in the range of 60-75bpm. What is the treatment and how to cure or control this ? Also a doubt.. Does nose blockage caused by polyps or sinusitis lead to extra workload on the heart (due to breathing problem) and cause this ?

If you have Systemic Hypertension, concentric LVH is a common finding on Echocardiography. Left Anterior Fascicular Block is a finding in some people, nothing to do for it. Your heart rate dropping during sleep is a normal finding. No, sinusitis doesn’t put any pressure on heart. Get your BP checked, keep your diabetes under control, exercise regularly, consult a physician for diabetes control and complications related to diabetes.
