Every month I got my period regularly, is it mean that my fallopian tubes are not blocked .........?

Blocked..Is a very big topic. Getting periods regularly every month is normal. Regular cycles but unable to conceive need couple treatment and evaluation of partners.
Next Steps
need physical and hormonal analysis.
