I just need a counselling before conceiving should I need to have medicine. How will I know that I have conceived or done proper sex. I'm planning to have a baby. But still not have much information how everything happen.

Hello..... You can take folic acid tablet for 1 month before conceiving.. you couple try sexual intercourse during Window period, that's ovulation period , it comes around 14 days before first day of menses bleeding. Do urine  pregnancy test  if she missed her periods  , if the test result comes positive you have to consult gynaecologist for further  management..
