Thank you for your question.
I'm assuming you are under the care of a gynaecologist with experience in fertility treatment. Often a variety of treatments are prescribed hoping that they will improve your body's ability to release an egg and for your husbands sperm to fertilise it. Not all treatments have evidence to support their use but some doctors have found good results in specific cases. I'm assuming that when you say your husbands sperm is 60 you mean it is 60 million. You also need to know the motility, number of abnormal sperm to judge the quality.
I would suggest that you speak to your doctor and get your doubts and queries addressed. It is much harder to get
pregnant if you are upset or anxious or worried about your treatment or the person treating you. Please clarify your doubts so you can commit fully to your treatment and get most benefit from it.
wishing you all success and a successful pregnancy
