Please advise on the attached reports. 19*18*74mm hypodense cystic lesion with thickened and enhancing wall and septation noted in right side of pelvis likely borderline ovarian serous cystadenoma. ADV : CA 125 to r/o possibility of cyst adernocarcinama.

As your age concern, go ahead with further evaluation to rule out cancer... Ca125 give general idea about the nature of cyst... Surgery will require to remove the cyst.. Kindly follow your gynac advise
