I am 35 year old and having a son of 6 year old. USG(TVS) result was Uterus is retroverted and measure 62mm*42mm*36mm. Endometrial canal echo is central , measures 7.1mm thin Myometrial echoes. A large complex hypoechoic lesson/collection of app.83*66*49mm(vol.142cc) noted RT adnexal region extending to cul de sac.seprate from RT ovary.
