Previously operated for endometriosis in August 2021. LMP in Nov 21. 8.3 weeks pregnant through follicular scanning and HCG injections. Complex cystic lesion 2.4×1.8 cm adjacent to right ovary. Will it go away on its own by bedrest or is it risky for pregnancy
