I am having phemosis since puberty but i recently get to know about it.it doesnot give me pain when i urinate or when i am erected or flacid or normal. But i want to know is it harmful for me in future or for my sex life.

Because in Phemosis there is difficulty in retracting the foreskin back, there can be difficult performing sexual intercourse. It can be painful. Second, because the penis glans is not exposed, it doesn't get cleaned properly, and therfore the chances of penis skin infection are high.
