I had a complete ovarian hysterectomy last year. I have been having pressure in my belly since then however about a week ago I had horrendous pain in my abdomen and didn't know why I thought it was my appendix I went to the hospital and found out my right ovary is still in there and there was a cyst that ruptured that was huge what can I do about this?

You need to go back to Ur treating Gynaecologist who did the surgery as rupture of cyst might have lead to peritonitis and needs to be resolved amicably by appropriate Medicines .
