Hi..for patient with history of radiation therapy should not attempt for implant supported denture. It will be sure failure. Conventional dentures are best. Go with same procedure as explained by your dentist whom you have consulted Regards

In my opinion you should opt for implant supported denture, it would definitely be more comfortable  on a long-term.

you need to remove all teeth first.  then make regular checkups after every 10 for him to access when it is the right time to start taking measurements for the denture.

Filling of gaps after removal of teeth varies from patient to patient. That is why your dentist has called you after 20 days. In case your gum sockets are not healed fully after 20 days then he must not start the treatment of complete denture making and advice you to wait for another set of span. there are many qualities of dentures available through labs. Normal (Rs.10,000 and above), colored-lucitone (Rs. 15,000 and above) and flexi denture (Rs. 30,000 and above). flexi or semi flex dentures have good retention properties and thus have better fit in mouth.
