Your WBC count is raised denoting that you have some kind of infection that is causing the fever . What other symptoms do you have is necessary to rule out the causes for the fever . Meanwhile Take Tab. dolo (650) : 1tab SOS for the fever and observe the pattern of the fever. Stay safe
