My P C V is 31.7 M C V is 74.5 R D W is 39.3 EOSINOPHIL is 16 M C H C is 40.4 What are the causes and treatment? I have attached my report.

As this MCHC is not correlating with other parameters which are indicating iron deficiency and as ur TLC is raised with eosinophilia detailed clinical history and few lab test also required.
