My P C V is 31.7 M C V is 74.5 R D W is 39.3 EOSINOPHIL is 16 M C H C is 40.4 What are the causes and treatment? I have attached my report.

Get a repeat CBC preferrably from a lab with 5 Part Analyzer with peripheral blood smear reporting from a pathologist. As this MCHC is not correlating with other parameters which are indicating iron deficiency and as ur TLC is raised with eosinophilia detailed clinical history and few lab test also required.
