Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can do yoga and pranayama daily. Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals in a day. Have high fiber diet. Cap. Dipep thrice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
