Past 3 months ago. I had 1 tab of combiflem, and after 4 hours i got hematuria I quickly got rehydrated and after one day my urine got cleared.. and noe i have clear urine Does this 1 tablet affect kidneys this is the question doc sahab

Yes if your dehydrated and take the tablet it can get affected
