You may have colour blindness, in which case there is no treatment. There are many apps you can download to test your colour vision but consult an Ophthalmologist anyway.

You must be colour blind.proper colour testing and retinal examination will help for diagnosis.for colour blindness nothing can be done.u can download ishihara chart application for colour blindness testing to have rough idea.
