Colostrum at 7 weeks pregnancy

I had a miscarriage 4 months ago. Now i am again 8 weeks pregnant. I had my appointment with my gyne on 12.01.2019. she pressed my nipple and saw milk is coming out. She said it is not a good sign. I am also taking medicine of thyroid of 100. Is there anything serious. Kindly help
