Hi Doctor, I have gone through color doppler in 31 weeks, it shows umbical artery has normal flow with normal high impedance, doctor recommend aspirin, is it enough? AFI is 16.8 and baby weight is 1626 gm, Uterine artery has RI 0.59, umbical RI is 0.68, MCA has RI 0.89.

You will be required to take aspirin till 32 weeks. Take proper rest and diet. Your doctor might plan to deliver you around 35 weeks.
