I have a problem to differentiate between two colors for example i cannot identify between red and brown etc.

Get your eyes tested. If everything else is normal, this is colour blindness from birth. No treatment available

Hi...you will have to get yourself checked , to see if you suffer from color blindness. It is done at any Eye specialists place.
