I requires lot of time for toilet nearly 30 mins even I go to toilet same time everyday except sunday(STILL I DONT GET EMPTY STOMACH FEELING ) . Please help me I want to get out of it soon. Suggest me medicine or exercise which makes my stomach fully empty in 5 mins
