I have been advised to consider CXL, but I am 30 years old. Does age and hormones impact corneal thickness?

If you are 30 then CXL has limited benefits..corneal thinning won't progress much so it is better to use suitable contact lenses in place of CXL
Next Steps
Ask for option of contact lenses
Health Tips
Don't rub your eyes and get regular refraction done.
