I would like to check if paracetamol or any other tablet like coldact is safe during pregnancy as my is suffering from very bad cold n headache and she is 4& half month into her pregnancy??

Yes Paracetamol or Diclofenac are safe in pregnancy. Take Sinerest or take Nasivion nasal spray
